Authentic Beauty is a week-long course that promotes cultivating a beauty that comes from great health, graciously relating to others, and most importantly, having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Along with team-building challenges and activities, Bible studies, guest speakers, outdoor activities, field trips, and an end of the week banquet and sleep over (moms welcome!), this course includes sessions on:
- Photography
- Hospitality/entertaining
- Personal style/makeovers
- Hygiene
- Social Graces
- Personal safety
- Self defense
- Female health
- Cooking
- Nutrition
- 1st Aid
- Fitness
- Decorating and organizing personal space
The week also includes fun skits, dances, and a photoshoot!
By taking this course, students earn a 1st Aid Certificate and a high school elective credit.
